Tom did an outstanding job helping us purchase our first condo. He made the experience easy and was very good at communicating with us. Tom is my reliable friend in real estate. Tom took the time to know my situation prior to listing the home. When the time was right we moved forward and his marketing plans worked wonderfully. We received multiple offers and we went smoothly to closing. The lender for the buyer threw a couple of curve balls at the end, however Tom was quick to fill me in with the problems and to recommend solutions. We got it closed and I was able to move on to my next chapter in my life. I bought this home with Tom several years ago and used him again. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone.

Tom was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond for us. We trusted him to make sure our pets didn’t get out when the house was being showed. I recommend anyone looking for a trustworthy and very experienced agent, should use Tom Fonseca.

Tom meet with me to understand what we were looking for and what our budget parameters were. He then identified specific houses that he knew we would like within budget and with our requirements of deep water, dock, pool, etc. in less then two weeks we narrowed it down to two and put in an offer. He suggested we go below asking because he noticed someone else had just come out of contract. His strategy worked and we got the house below market. What more can you ask for in a realtor.?! All I can say is yeah baby! I got my dream house!
